Charity dinner

I organized an event evening for charity in the restaurant Antico Borgo Palmieri. The location is really very nice, the room has been set up with soft lighting and ornamental plants. The really great food was accompanied by pleasant music and a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere. Many thanks to the owner Tommaso who was a fantastic host

My partner and I stayed at this hotel and absolutely loved it. The rooms were kept immaculate, the pool was beautifully clean, and the free breakfast offered a great selection of items. The staff were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.
Although the hotel is a little further out from Central Rome, the bus stop just around the corner makes it easy to get anywhere you want. We were also given fantastic advice on different places to visit — including spots we hadn’t even thought of. One of those recommendations was a beautiful beach a bit further out, and it was absolutely worth the trip.
The location gave us the perfect balance: exploring the sights of Rome on busy days and enjoying relaxed, local days near the hotel. The nearby restaurants were all delicious, too.
We will definitely return. It’s a wonderful place to stay when visiting Rome because you truly get the best of both worlds — discovering the city and unwinding in a peaceful, comfortable hotel.

Nice evening

It was my first time at this restaurant, beautiful atmosphere, delicious food, friendly and well-prepared waiters, with great company (cats and hedgehog). Recommended for dinner, aperitif, and pool. Beautiful evening.

In this hotel, in addition to you, there will always be some hair on the beds.

Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was very negative.
First of all, the rooms do not reflect the photos published online at all. Moreover, the bathroom is not very functional: the shower is enclosed by simple curtains and the water easily spills out, flooding much of the floor.
The most serious issue, however, was the cleanliness. On the first night, when I returned to my room around 11:00 PM, I noticed that there were several hairs and even some eyebrows under the sheet. Since the reception was already closed, it was not possible to get immediate assistance or a change of linens. As a result, I had to sleep on top of the blankets.
The next morning, I asked to change rooms, but I was told that it was not possible. The sheets were replaced for me; however, the mattress cover was still full of hair and fur. Even on the second night, I was forced to sleep on top of the blankets because I did not feel comfortable using the bed in the condition it was in.
Even more than the problem itself, I was disappointed by the management of the situation. At the time of check-out, I was not offered any form of refund or discount, despite the discomfort experienced during both nights. The response I received was: "Well, she wasn't leaning on the hair anyway." A phrase that I consider unprofessional and entirely inappropriate.
When problems occur, what truly makes a difference is how they are addressed. In this case, I found a lack of customer attention, no real solution, and no assumption of responsibility. For these reasons, I do not feel comfortable recommending this establishment, especially considering the extremely high prices for what it offers.
