We suffered the cold, the radiators although working did not heat enough, there was a non-working air conditioner, an electric heater that threw only cold air, peeling walls, missing the shampoo in the shower and a very small soap unusable.

Never again

Terrible experience…….you have to choose everything, but please not this structure!!!!
There are Pretty room in a quiet place. but you also have an arrogant owner, with zero professionalism as a welcome gift……. he judges based on your university. He took the liberty of saying that with my degree I can clean his rooms

Stay away from us

On July 9th I had to graduate in Rome, so I booked a double room at Domus in Viridi, despite the bad reviews and even worse responses from the Owner but it was the cheapest in the area and you know that university students have no money to waste. A few days before I contacted the Owner on whatsapp, and this was our chat:
ME “Good morning, I’m Chindamo Giulia Sofia, I booked a wedding for tomorrow night and I’m also the celiac girl who wrote to her on Booking. I heard that she contacted my parents about their triple room, they will stay with my sister, and since she did not contact me that I will stay with my boyfriend I thought I would write to her. My boyfriend and I will arrive in Termini at 5.30pm so we expect to be with you maximum at 6.30pm. As for breakfast I am celiac and if with the rusks you have jam single portion I adapt, while my boyfriend has no food problem. My sister who will stay with my parents is also celiac but I know you talked about it. Thank you.”
HE “We have organic jam”
ME “Yes okay but for the celiac it should be single portion otherwise it contaminates, do you have it?”
HE “They are all single portions”
I “perfect, otherwise?”
HE “what?”
I “Also I wanted to ask if it would be possible to leave my laurel wreath (on Tuesday morning I graduate) in the Bb fridge overnight. Thank you.”
HE “Yes we have already spoken for this by phone”
“No, she and I have never spoken on the phone”
HE “So with his father, is it okay anyway, anything else?”
ME “My father didn’t even know about the laurel wreath, but whatever”
HE “Ok look at your face as you like I answered your questions and those of your father I greet you”
I “okay thanks to tomorrow”
In Response, the gentleman one day after the night decided to block me on whatsapp. I decide to contact him on my boyfriend’s phone asking if, despite blocking me, the Reservation was confirmed and he replies with “must ask Booking” and blocks him too. Obviously we called Booking and reported all this behavior and we were compensated (despite the fact that the gentleman cancelled the Reservation the previous day), but I am fighting to have it removed from Booking forever. Behavior like that is unacceptable, it ruined a day that for me and my family was supposed to be beautiful and I am sure he will proceed to respond insultingly even under this review (if not with phrases like “look, I do not even comment”), because only these answers come out of this man. That said, do not book and spend some extra money to get at least an ounce of humanity in return that this Owner lacks.
Curious to know what insult or story she will invent.

It wouldn't take much to improve everything

The bathrooms are new, the rooms are not bad. I would add a few coat hangers or additional support points. Some things, such as blood stains from killed mosquitoes (or other insects) on the walls, should be removed, they are nauseating. The photos relating to breakfast and the breakfast room are not truthful (dirty curtain, discount food products left in trays, loose rusks left in the air and therefore not fragrant, no microwave oven to heat baked goods of dubious taste, hot drinks from the vending machine, no possibility of fresh or vegetable milk, messy kitchen with scattered cloths, cleaning products and vacuum cleaners)

Good stay

Domus in Viridi is located in the outskirt of Rome. Very quite neighbor with Security doors. Strong Wifi, and breakfast was simple. Clean room and decent shower.
Parking is inside the security door, so very safe.
