Convenient access off the main courtyard and a restaurant on location. Food was good but prices higher (paying for convenience) but quiet and enjoyable stay. Liked the private courtyard. Bed was super hard and it was difficult to get a good night's rest. But room was cool though space was tight for setting up my computer to work remotely that night. Glass top surface so needed a mouse pad too. Would recommend staying but not for a long time. Car was scratched overnight in the parking space. But liked that it had easy parking.

Unfortunately very neglected....what a shame

It is with regret that I must note a progressive deterioration in the quality of this establishment. A hotel that has great potential is unfortunately increasingly giving the impression of being neglected.
The organization of the staff leaves much to be desired: on several occasions I have seen employees standing around chatting with each other or smoking, while some areas of the establishment clearly needed attention.
An example is the poolside, often full of cigarette butts and dirt. A simple sweep and a wipe with a cloth would be enough to maintain an adequate level of cleanliness and provide guests with a more polished environment.
My intention is not to make a gratuitous criticism, but to invite management to intervene decisively. It would be a shame to see a facility of this level continue to lose quality due to organizational and management issues that could be resolved with greater attention and supervision.

The location near Ciampino Airport makes this an excellent choice if you have an early flight. It looked like there was a shuttle bus as well, but we were driving so I am not certain. The restaurant was good and the server there was friendly and professional. The room was fairly basic in terms of bedding, comfort, and provided toiletries; however, for a one-night visit/stay I recommend and will use again if I need to be nearby for an early departure.

Great hotel . Very friendly

Absolutely love this hotel. Ok so it’s not 5 star but it’s really friendly , clean and the staff go above and beyond. The food is excellent and the free shuttle bus to the metro is a wonderful bonus. Ok so it’s near the flight path so you do get planes flying overhead but it’s not a great problem as they stop late mid evening . I wouldn’t hesitate to come back .

Yeah, fine.

Clean hotel. Breakfast top. Dinner very well. Top gym.
Paid spa.
Be careful planes land next to maus frcht not annoying.
