Terrible experience.

It is absolutely not a 3-star hotel, nor even a 2-star one. The structure is completely neglected, from the reception to the rooms. The first room I was given had the bathroom radiator on as if it were mid-winter. After reporting the problem, they did not call anyone to address it. In fact, at first, they even denied having received my report, only to assign me another room that had an uneven floor. The bathrooms and rooms feature very outdated and neglected furnishings (missing lampshades, damaged bathtub enamel, etc.). The ceiling panels are open for phantom repairs (never any workers present). The price of €180 per night is not even worth half of that. The breakfast was also very disappointing. In conclusion, a terrible experience, absolutely to be avoided.

Healthy Hotels

Booked this hotel for four nights in connection with a train break. Close location to the train station may be the only positive of the hotel.
We chose to check out the same day we arrived, simply because we could get sick by staying there. Only possible to use the elevator, the staircase was closed and only allowed to use for evacuation. The elevator was old and little tempting to use. The room was damp and smelled like mold. There were clear marks of mold in the ceiling and in the ventilation system. Right by the bed there was a hole in the floor, and several places gave the floor after when we walked on it. We had also booked a baby bed for 20euro per night. The baby bed was so old and morky that we didn't want to use it. Because of the mold and moisture in the room we chose to check out the same day we arrived, since we could simply get sick by staying there.

Had to leave key at desk when leaving and didn’t check ID when picking it up. Room not clean with other’s hair in tub and around sink. Drug deals occurring on street of hotel all night long. Loud banging noises outside at night. Elevator was scary.
