A perfect stay: style, cleanliness and hospitality in the heart of Rome

Staying at this B&B with my family was an impeccable experience from every point of view. Since our arrival, we have been impressed by the well-kept industrial design, a modern decor with great personality that makes the atmosphere really cozy. But the real strength is the cleanliness, absolutely extreme and attention to every detail, which made us feel immediately at ease.
The rest was refreshing thanks to comfortable mattresses and high quality pillows, a fundamental detail after long Roman walks. Bathroom with hydromassage shower. We also loved the included Netflix service, perfect for relaxing in the evening.
Breakfast was a pleasant surprise: always fresh, plentiful and able to satisfy all tastes. Special praise goes to the owners, very kind and exquisite people who really know how to make a guest feel at home. In addition, the location is strategic: despite the tranquility, the structure is well connected to the center, allowing us to move easily.
In summary, a great experience that I recommend to anyone looking for quality and warmth in Rome. We look forward to returning!

Comfortable and very special rooms. The owner is a wonderful person and his collaborator really kind. Great breakfast and, why not, sometimes a laugh together!!! I highly recommend

Like at home..

Convenient location, clean, comfortable, easily accessible by siding, in a residential and quiet neighborhood.
Maximum availability and hospitality of the hosts, good breakfast accompanied by the sympathy of Mascia who made us feel at home.
Excellent value for money.

Perfect!

Beautiful place in a very nice neighborhood of Rome, close to the metro. Very neat and clean rooms. Fantastic breakfast with variety of foods and very helpful staff. We highly recommend it and will definitely be back!

Excellence in Rome!

Travelling during a pandemic is like nothing seen before. This place is taking safety measures and social distancing very seriously. You’ll find:
1. Extra clean rooms with huge TVs, Netflix and free Wi-Fi (high speed optic fibre)
2. Continental breakfast (or Italian bakery and authentic espresso if you prefer :-))
3. Restaurant service on demand (all home made!)
4. Social distancing in the kitchen, hand-sanitiser
5. Private bathrooms and showers with steam rooms
6. It’s not close to the city centre, but you can easily reach it via public transport (~25 minutes).
The owners are a lovely couple that will do whatever they can to ensure you have a great stay.
Can’t recommend this place enough!
