Very good stay

Second year for us in this establishment, Welcoming always as pleasant, very kind and attentive staff. Rooms of impeccable cleanliness, Proximity to the beach, beautiful breakfast, hearty and varied.
The ventilation of the bathroom is noisy. People who speak as loudly at night as during the day in the hallways and slam the doors but the hotel has nothing to do with it.

Very negative: assistance nothing

I had no assistance when I felt sick: the person at the reception responded saying that it was not possible for anyone to come to rescue me in the room. In the morning, to the request to have something like breakfast in the room, given my inability to move I was told that no one could help me.
I felt completely abandoned.
I finally called an ambulance. I would say really negative.

Gentilissima signora, mi spiace ma l'episodio da lei raccontato non è avvenuto nella nostra struttura. Durante la stagione non è mai capitato di dover chiamare soccorsi medici e naturalmente siamo sempre disponibili a offrire aiuto a qualsiasi ora. L'hotel ha personale disponibile h24.

Promoted with flying colors

My experience at Hotel Augustus was great. The location is unbeatable, a few steps from the sea in Rimini center, perfect for those who want to enjoy the beach by day and the lively nightlife in the evening (many restaurants in the area). The property is clean and welcoming, and the staff was always helpful and friendly.
But the real highlight is undoubtedly the breakfast overlooking the sea: a rich selection of homemade cakes, fruit, savory snacks and many other delights, perfect to start the day on the right foot. I will definitely be back.

Disappointment

Double room where it was difficult to move, room with stained walls, narrow bathroom, old, shower with broken tiles. Breakfast in the norm. For a 3-star superior you expect more

Great holiday!

I highly recommend this hotel, the breakfast is amazing, delicious desserts, fantastic savory pies with sea views.
The comfortable rooms, renovated.
The owners are really very courteous and helpful.
We will gladly return
