We stayed for two days and had a wonderful time; the staff was very friendly and kind, the room was very nice and well-kept, we will definitely return.

Horrible hotel.

A horrible hotel, sheets not changed for 4 days, they were full of dust, a small room for 4 people, bunk bed without a ladder "it is close to the wall" tied in the photo, ants where we had breakfast on the tables, and in the shower, the bathroom of the Simpsons is smelly, never cleaned, pool full of leaves, and a hotel that should be closed for health reasons and 0.

Improve everything

Room too small for 4 people, poor cleanliness... hotel not close to the center of Rimini, so for those arriving by train, it is not convenient. We found a couple of ants near the coffee machine for breakfast and in the shower tray, sheets full of dust, bunk bed where on the first night we had to climb to get up..

Very functional low-cost

Premise: this is a low-cost structure. So no use complaining about some crack, badly screwed chandelier and the like. But if you want a place on the sea, well cleaned, with good breakfast plentiful, friendly and courteous staff, at very affordable costs is the right place.

Dated structure and insufficient cleaning

The hotel is located in a strategic and convenient position to reach the sea and the main points of interest of Rimini. However, the structure appears rather dated overall and would need a major renovation.
The staff is friendly and helpful, but the experience did not live up to the declared three-star rating — the overall level is more reminiscent of a guesthouse or a lower-class hotel.
The room is very dated, including electrical systems, partly external and exposed ducted. The bathroom shows obvious signs of ageing: old shower cubicle, non-working interior light and bathroom switch that did not allow the light to be turned off. The fixtures are also obsolete, with non-insulating glass, and the elevator is quite old.
The cleaning unfortunately leaves something to be desired: the bedspread had stains, under the pillow I found hair and on the ventilation blades had accumulated a lot of dust.
Breakfast Service was not offered during the stay: this did not have a decisive impact on the experience, but it would certainly have been useful to have it as an extra option. I had to have breakfast at another hotel nearby.
