The worst. I don't know who writes good reviews.
Although the hotel is almost empty due to the situation in the Middle East, we were given the most disgusting room on the ground floor. There was a terrible stench in the room (damp, dirty things and mold).
The next room was a technical room with a laundry room (the room had a constant hum, it was impossible to sleep).
The whole room is damp with mildew, black mildew and moisture on the walls. The room is very dirty - snot with hair smeared on the walls, bed linen with stains, carpet dirty, cobwebs hanging in the corners and the whole room looks terrible! I'll attach a photo.
The description of the room contained water and slippers. Of course, none of this happened. I went to the front desk twice, asked for it, but we were told that we had chosen that number ourselves and we weren't supposed to.
The sink in the bathroom was leaking, so there was always a puddle on the floor.
The room is very cold, the air conditioner just made a lot of noise, but it never got warmer with it (not working), it had toilet paper plugged into it by someone, apparently leaking before.
Breakfast said it was only 7 to 8 on the roof of the cafe. I had to get up early. Went up to the cafe, waited, but no one showed up. They found the receptionist at the hotel, he said there would only be lunch box they would bring to the room, even though there was no room to eat, had to eat on the bed. Brought a box of smears, barely begged for water if there was no tea and drinks for those boxes.
The special beauty is the stated view of the city in the description. In fact, garbage and horror. It's in the photo.
We left this morning. The hotel's front door was locked with a key, my suitcases and I tried to open it with a key while the receptionist was nearby pretending it was none of his business. Barely opened and gone, and he never moved or said goodbye. It's the first hotel in Jordan to treat us like this.
The child started coughing heavily on the second day of stay in this hotel, I wouldn't be surprised it was because of the stink, cold and mold in the room.

TO ESCAPE ABSOLUTELY!!!!
Catastrophic experience at this hotel in Jordan. The room was in a horrible state: unsanitary, very dirty bathroom, stains on the walls, mold, stained carpet... a real nightmare.
The staff was neither accommodating nor welcoming. I had booked one of the best rooms, but I was told when I arrived that they were already taken, although my booking guaranteed it. Total refusal to give me the reserved room.
As a result, we had to leave the hotel in an emergency after only 10 minutes, and look for another property around 1am to sleep in clean and acceptable conditions.
A shame for a hotel: I strongly advise against it!
