So overrated it was a solid 2 star hotel

From the moment we arrived, there was a noticeable animal smell throughout the hallways, which was surprising since pets are supposedly not allowed in the hotel.
We also experienced ongoing issues with the key cards. They worked inconsistently during our stay, and by the end of our visit, none of our key cards would unlock our room. Only the staff's master key at the front desk could open the door, forcing us to return to reception every time we needed access to our room.
Another inconvenience was that the ice machines on the guest floors were not working. We had to go all the way down to the ground floor every time we needed ice.
Finally, the swimming pool is much smaller than it appears in the photos on the hotel's website. It's too small to actually swim and is better suited for sitting in the water or letting small children play.
Overall, I expected a much better experience from a hotel of this standard. Unfortunately, the maintenance issues and misleading impression of the pool made for a disappointing stay.
