The room was very nice, the placement of the apartment was really good, close to Altona station. The only negative thing was that the fridge smelled really bad, which meant that I didn’t use it during my stay. Apart from that it was a top stay and I will definitely return

Check in was easy and the property was immaculately clean. Great location particularly for the Racecourse. There were certain minor things that just let things down a touch. There was no reply to my e-mail about leaving luggage on our departure, although I did eventually find a team member to check on this. The fire alarm went off in the early morning and there was no apology nor explanation. Over all, a good stay that could have been perfect.

Okay.

Everything is super clean. Functional. However, the bed is too small for couples. Air conditioning is available. Unfortunately, there is no description, not even for the coffee machine. Coffee in the lobby is overpriced.

Didn’t see any staff during the two night stay. Online check in was confusing but eventually worked okay. Apartment was attractive, extremely spacious, clean, well equipped and quiet. There are a couple of restaurants and a supermarket around the corner. It is very convenient for the airport. Bus and U bahn close by.
