More appearance than reality!
We have been in room 103, Numa Munich-Obersendling since June 25, 2026.
The room is actually not acceptable at all. Why: Walls are smeared, floor is dirty, shower handle covers are missing, bed cover has a hole... A handyman from Numa said nonchalantly: "The deficiencies are largely known, but everything will only be fixed after Oktoberfest..." Equally unacceptable is the fact that no one from Numa has contacted us or responded to our emails to this day... Not recommended!

It was stink and the floor was sticky.
And the worst part was that it was on the first floor over the entrance, meaning everyone who entered the hotel and closed the main entrance could be heard in the room.
Everyone who climbs the hotel stairs passes by the door.
Yes, after giving a review in Hotels about checking in, they offered to change the room from eventing the 14th, which was not acceptable to me... for one day to start moving.
Now, for the worst part, their maintenance person just entered the room. No knocking, no notify, nothing.
We had no chance to hold the dog that was in the room.
Luckily, he just barked and did not attack someone who entered the room uninvited.
Unfortunetly this experiance just close this hotel as an option for me on my next trips

Too bad to leave...
Location a bit decentralized, but 10 minutes there is the metro here of it is very easy to move around Munich
Right below there is a supermarket, very convenient!
