Fantastic stay option in Kathmandu
What a first class place to stay. You get to stay in an entire fully furnished apartment with all amenities available.
Located in Seyambu in Kathmandu about 2 km from Thamel, these apartments are very reasonable. They charge about NPR 5000 per day which is awesome.
Bedsheets and towels are available and replaced everyday. The kitchen can be used to cook food by yourself or cooks are available who will cook for you and you pay them some charges for that.
Laundry services are available too. These 2 bedroom apartments are equipped with air conditioners and the living area has a TV with cable connection.
A refrigerator is available in the kitchen to stack up your beer! What more does one need!!
The living room is complete with a sofa set in front of the TV, while there is also a dining table to enjoy your food. If you do not want to cook, you can order food through an app called Food Mandu. Life can’t be better than that!
But the catch is that you need to guarantee a stay for a minimum 7 days and it’s not like a 1-day stay. These serviced apartments are ideal for people who visit Kathmandu for longer durations!

Amazing stay, you feel like home
This is the best place for a family to stay. I felt home all the time while being here. The place is very nice and have all the facilities which a service apartment should have. All the rooms have AC, kitchen is fully equipped, your room is serviced everyday, and others which you can think off.
Also since this place is on the hill, you will get a nice view of the vally. Also the air is very refreshing as compared to Thamel which is very crowed. You have access to roof top so that you can enjoy with your family and friends in the evening.
The place is at a walking distance to Swayambhunath Temple and I always felt going to it again and again. You also have many grocery stores near by so that you can buy your groceries daily if you want to cook. Since we are pure vegetarians, we couldn't think of any place other than this apartment.
The front desk staff is very caring and helpful. They are very quick in their response and keep their word. You don't have to tell them twice.
To the management staff of the apartment, I will say good job guys and keep it up.

COMFORT & AMAZING STAY..
Stayed at the property for 3 days.Since i wanted to spend quality time and not get much into trying to cover up tourist spots so yes this property worked very well in my favor, and it was truly comfortable stay.
The property is located just at an amazing location. Your view from the balcony is not blocked by any high rise, infact you can see the valley right infornt of you. a big plus for me.
the rooms are exactly the same as shown in the picture. It is neat and clean. love the kitchen as it had everything a kitchen should have. Modern stove, microwave, cups and plates are really quality one, no cheap stuffs there. the mattress are amazing.. no cheap feel there too. bathrooms are bang on. Hats off to the house keeping staff that they dedicatdly clean the apartment spik and span.The front desk staffs are very helpful ,infact all the Hotel staffs are very polite and ready to help. The surrounding is equally good with everything a mint away.. eg.restaurant, grocery store,wine store. What else you need. Had an awesome stay. Would like to thank the staff there for such an amazing treatment. Looking for another visit soon. A big YES to to stay there .

Review
We had a very pleasant stay at the Retreat Serviced Apartment. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The kitchen was well equipped. Overa very good experience. The location is good close to temple. Only drawback was lot of barking dogs at night.

Excellent experience!
I stayed here with my parents. The apartment is walkable from the famous Thamel road and has a very nice view of Kathmandu and Swaymbunath. The stay was very comfortable and the staff was extremely friendly/helpful. Would recommend it to anyone for a family or single vacation.
