I enjoyed being near everything in a clean comfortable place. Staff was helpful and Hotel was attractive and so close to shops and sites.

Great hotel with a fantastic location and one of the best hotel breakfasts I've ever had. I will definitely be staying there again next time I'm in Oslo.

Ok hotel - make sure you have AC and there’s no building work

There was no AC in the room, only a fan which moved the warm air about.
Also unable to open the windows as there was building work on scaffolding right outside the window. We weren’t advised about this in advance.
The hot water situation was strange and took a long time to get it going each time for washing and showering. No AC, vent or window in the bathroom either so the whole room/bathroom just got steamy and humid, so unable to cool down, and the place just got a bit musty and damp.
Very disappointing.
I appreciate we weren’t in the best bit of the hotel but I’m sure AC was on my preferred list of options when I booked. And we should’ve been warned about the building work.
A shame really, as otherwise a nice hotel with a great location and good breakfast.
Also, all the staff were great. Very friendly and helpful!

Bad bath, good breakfast

The bathroom was under any criticism, and in no way arranged for women. The toilet was inside the shower, which made it impossible to use after a shower, as everything was wet. The shower head holder was so high on the wall that it could not be used by us as a shower without washing our hair. The toilet seat was loose, and I missed a bench in the bathroom or at least a place to put a toilet drawer. The light source above the mirror made it impossible to make up there.
Missed also outlet near the bed.
Breakfast was good.
