Nice and very accommodating staff. Apartment was clean but there were some lamps that did not work/felt unsafe to turn on. All in all, it was great for us when we needed a place to stay for the night.

Really recommend!!

We had an amazing experience!! Our apartment was lovely and perfect for us. The location was so perfect so central right next to the train station for day trips or easy bus trips. We stayed in the deluxe studio which was lovely, had 3 huge windows letting in lots of light and air to keep cool. We were worried about the heat visiting in august but were given 2 fans which kept us cool and heat was not an issue. We were also allowed to leave our luggage on both the day we arrived and left which was great for our flight times. Ignore the bad reviews, you pay for what you get it isn’t the most modern apartment but it is clean and the location was the selling point for us. Also we had no issues with noise our apartment was nice and quiet and we slept very well. Highly reccomend !!

TERRIBLE.

I can't believe a room like this is rented to tourists unaware of their fate. Smaller room than stated, shower held up with scotch, broken toilet seat, wooden floor creaking with every step, bedroom door with three slit fingers underneath, and last but not least rat trap under the bed (discovered by chance).

What an amazing experience!!

I stayed here for two nights and what an experience!!
We arrived by midday and was greeted by the cleaner who very kindly showed us the way to our room and let us pay.
We had the Magic suite which was on the very top floor in the attic, however it didn't disappoint. At first arrival, it seemed a little cramped and after climbing several flights of very steep stairs we were underwhelmed with the space we had. However after settling in we soon realised it was perfect for our stay. The view from our window was incredible and it really gave us a cultural experience of Lisbon which was what we wanted! The facilities were perfect, the bathroom clean and a well functioning shower. We had a small table and chairs by the window which was perfect for view of the sunrise and sunset. There is also a mini fridge, a microwave, cups, mugs, plates and cutlery which was helpful. However we found that it was more enjoyable to eat out and only had drinks stored in the mini fridge. There were multiple plugs with extension leads and lamps for the evening. The sloping of the ceiling did mean we had to kneel at certain points however the majority of the space is accessible to stand up in fine. One thing to be wary about is after a long, hot day the rooms closer to the top can get swelteringly hot. There is air-conditioning provided but we found it didn't make much of a difference. We opened the window completely and by around 9pm it was much cooler, just beware that it will get hot but as long as you open the window, the cool evening air will come through and our sleep wasn't effected.
One thing we noticed was every morning around 7:30am there would be people in the streets and noise, however this is to be expected as it is in a hotspot and it's a reasonable hour. We also found it was rather peaceful by the evening and we were able to sleep fine despite being in a busy area.
It is good to know that all suites and hotels in Lisbon will be up steep flights of stairs and the rooms will be rather small as that's just how the city is. This was easy to locate and in a great spot that we could easily male our way back to no matter where we had been during the day. I would highly recommend Lisbon Inn Bica Suites as I believe it gives a true experience of the culture of Lisbon and was perfect for our short stay here.

Dire experience.

My experience couldn't be worse. The only good thing about this accommodation was the fairly central location. Although you must assume that you will not sleep at night because of all the noise and the zero isolation.
The accommodation was a low that had no window, this was the same as the door. It does not meet the minimum living conditions. It was VERY dirty and humid, hence the presence of several cockroaches. The worst part was the hostess’ ungainly attitude to any communication with her.
This property takes advantage of the profile of people who visit the city for a couple of days and do not have time to look for somewhere else to stay. As soon as you arrive, your door is knocked on with your dataphone in hand to charge you and all communication from there is very difficult.
Likewise, they refuse to provide you with the claim book even if they know the illegality of this.
