Nice hotel

Good location, Uber picks up right out front.
Safe parking across the street.
Nice rooms very comfortable.
Yummy buffet breakfast.
Great drinks at the English Bar.
Would recommend and return.

Fresh, elegant and friendly

Á super positive experience in general; very friendly, attentive and service oriented staff. The room was very fresh, spacey and with a modern design. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked well, plenty shows and channels on tv etc. The breakfast was also very good with plenty very fresh things to choose from.
The only thing that made my visit less pleasant was that the bedding was made by some synthetic strange material, which disturbed my sleep in a very unpleasant way. The material stuck to my skin like plastic wrapping and made me sweaty.

Amazing hotel with a modern refurbished look. Our room was a standard double but still very spacious with all the amenities you need. Great staff who were all friendly. Lovely continental breakfast with a few hot food elements. The Skybar/restaurant was brilliant too. One thing to note is that a map will tell you you’re only 7 miles away from the city center, but in busy traffic it did take 50+ minutes.

The place was functioning like a place Hello only smokers

Our low rating is clean and only hello restaurant on the 9th floor.
The hotel and staff are worth 10 stars in our city satisfied with our stay the room was city clean and city comfortable and all the personal city helpful.
Free parking within 100 meters of the hotel.

But we had a city important complaint about the hotel restaurant on the 9th floor which the girl at the reception informed us that there are separate spaces for smokers and non-smokers but when we went in fact the whole space was functioning as a place hello only smokers the smell of tobacco was so intense that we did not enjoy our food we arrived at the hotel too late and we had no other choice.

Excellent hotel.
It was a little too far out of the main area of town but Iknew thst when I booked. The Reception staff was excellent:kind and helpful.
My main criticism would be the restaurant: the music was SO loud we couldn't hear ourselves tslking. Also, the dtrong smell of cigarette smoke throygh the restaurant was very disappointing.
