Very comfortable stay

We booked via easyJet holidays for 3 adults. We were given two one bed apartments side by side which was great. Our apartment had a very modern updated bathroom and kitchen. Comfy beds and a well equipped amount of cutlery and crockery in the living area. A nice big balcony overlooking pool. Housekeeping called everyday except once to change towels and general clean etc. we thought the entire complex was very well maintained. Reception staff pleasant and helpful. We didn’t need air con as it was cool in evenings. I think it would be very hot in summer. The location was fantastic for everything with lots of choices to eat drink etc nearby or a short walk to seafront/ side street restaurants etc.
if we return to Tenerife we would stay here again

Don’t go

Looks nice as you enter but soon goes down hill, go to reception to check in to be told room 304 down the corridor and up the stairs, only to find out it was 6 flights of stairs with 3 suitcases and hand luggage and no lift and no help from staff! Very basic and outdated room, booked for three people and had to make up sofa bed and find bedding for my son, upon finding bedding found a blanket in the cupboard only for him to wake the next morning covered in bites, rang reception to be told to come down we refused and said come to us, they send security guard who didn’t speak English and was no help, showed bite marks and he looked horrified and left. Kitchen was appalling, cooker was worn and couldn’t see anything on dials, microwave was dirty on arrival so didn’t use, cooking utensils and cutlery was not clean. The fridge had no shelves in the door so storage was minimal. Bedding we were given had stains that looked like blood marks, not very nice. There is no air con and each room is provided with a ceiling fan that quite frankly does nothing. Three sockets to plug things in and they were barely attached to the walls. Bathroom was a joke, the bath was big enough for a toddler and the shower well what a joke, had to bend down to wash hair and took about twenty minutes to actually get warm. Sunbeds you have to wait until 10 until they come and unchain them and by then there’s the whole hotel waiting. No pool bar, plus had a corner bar which wasn’t even open the whole time so have to go to the main bar which is in the entrance and have to be fully dressed.

Give it a go your be surprised

Perfect location, we never stayed at this hotel but it was sister hotel of our hotel across the road.
But we used this hotel for our breakfast and spent a day by their pool.
Staff were very friendly and there is a shop and a restaurant at this hotel so all needs are catered for

Easter break

We stayed at these apartments in April 2026 we booked through jet 2 we found the apartments basic but clean there is one heated pool and another non heated pool the sunbeds get taken very quickly as soon as they open at 9am there is a queue and a mad dash! the sun beds are rock hard! We had to go out and buy sun bed cushions they were that bad. Food in the cafe bar is reasonably priced and tasty. We ate out most nights with the mirador strip a 5 min walk away location was good. There were some reports of pickpockets whist we were there be vigilant when walking home at night never walk alone and keep belongings out of site. These apartments were okay for a cheap Easter get away but feel that we wouldn't return.

Easter Family holiday

We’ve just returned from a week’s break over the Easter holidays at Cristian Sur Apartments as a family of five, and overall we had a really enjoyable stay.
We stayed in a two-bedroom apartment split over two levels, which gave us plenty of space as a family. The complex is in a fantastic location, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, as well as a great supermarket on site, which made things very convenient. The complex also has its own restaurant serving lovely food—it was always busy from morning until late at night, which says a lot about its quality.
There were plenty of positives during our stay. While you do need to be down by around 8:45am to secure a sunbed, it didn’t feel overly hectic or stressful. The atmosphere was very relaxed and quiet overall. The staff were all very friendly, with a special mention to the lifeguard at the heated pool, who was particularly welcoming. The pool itself was a real highlight—beautifully heated and perfect for both adults and children.
That said, there were a couple of downsides. The lack of air conditioning or even ceiling fans made it quite uncomfortable to sleep at night. Additionally, we unfortunately encountered cockroaches in the kitchen every morning, which didn’t improve throughout the stay and was disappointing.
Would we return? Absolutely—but next time we would likely book privately to secure a more modern apartment with air conditioning.
Overall, Cristian Sur Apartments offers great value in an excellent location, with a friendly atmosphere and lovely facilities, but there are a few areas that could be improved.
