Granada Enchantment at the Claridge Hotel

It has been the perfect complement to our visit to Granada. All the charm of this city and the wonderful and unbeatable accommodation leave us with an indelible memory of our trip. The hotel is exquisite, both in its decor and in its facilities and staff. Highlighting the attention of Yolanda and Pablo at the reception, attentive and friendly. Luxury is not at odds with pleasant and delightful service. Thank you very much and wishing you all the success in the world.

Outstanding hotel, with wonderful staff!

We recently stayed at Gran Hotel Claridge Granada for 4 nights and had a fantastic experience. Everything about the hotel was truly 5-star quality.
The breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit all tastes. Having breakfast on the terrace while overlooking the Alhambra was a special experience and one of the highlights of our stay.
The pool area was spotless and very well maintained. We never had any trouble finding a sunbed, which made relaxing by the pool even more enjoyable.
The check-in process was very personal and welcoming, making us feel valued from the moment we arrived.
A special thank you to Pablo and José, who went above and beyond by kindly inviting us to join them at a local bar to watch Spain play in the World Cup. Their friendliness and hospitality made our visit even more memorable!
We would highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again when visiting Granada.

Absolutely perfect

this is higher than five stars. The hotel recently opened less than three weeks ago. It was a converted bank building. Let’s just start with the obvious location, location location. Directly in the heart of majestic historic Granada, and across the street from the main Cathedral, our room was nothing short of spectacular, but let me start with the staff who once we pulled up immediately, took our bags out and told us not to worry about our car, within minutes, we’re being checked in and offered a beer when we went to our room again we were blown away. We had the privileges using the spa. The massages were absolutely incredible and I also use the steam and sauna afterwards the pool on the rooftop is delightful and a must what I can say and this is something I shouldn’t say is that they aren’t charging enough several employees stood out, but specifically, Pablo and Beatrize

Note 10!!

It was an amazing trip through Granada. The reception staff was completely PERFECT!
I was given tips that I never found in other hotels around the world. And thanks for scheduling my visit to the Alhambra.
I am absolutely in love with this place and sure I will come back other times.
Food and drink - note 10! Very good food and perfect service!
Cleaning - impeccable cleaning! Nothing to complain about.
Congratulations to the whole team, but, a special to a girl who served me at the reception, I think her name was Iolanda (I think as soon as you write) great professional!
