Cheap room
A room for 25 euro. I was expecting worse. We had a good sleep. Aircon worked well. English not always good at reception. We would use it again as a cheap base. Not far from the Alhambra and old town. Hint... you need to press the button to open the hotel front door.

Budget base to see Granada
Where sometimes we have been surprised and got more than we paid for, here I would have to say we probably paid too much. Inside rooms with no window maybe quieter, but they are claustrophobic, the rooms to the street are immensely noisy. The walls, doors and windows feel like they don't serve a purpose. Parking is very difficult unless you pay 15 euros per 24 hours. Positive: the street behind is full of small bars and restaurants with a great atmosphere, which serve cheap but good food and there is a fantastic park about 1.5 km away

One night stop over
Well I guess you get what you pay for. This place was just appalling. The room was so dirty. So so dirty. The duvet cover, I'm sure has never been washed. The whole place smells like a nightclub. Stinks of cigarette smoke. You can hear everything from your room... Walls paper thin. We stayed over as we travelled from the algarve to Sierra nevada. We have 2 small children and needed to sleep over one night. The photos are deceiving. Disgusting place.

Would not revisit
We didn't realize it was Valentine's weekend, and didn't book a hotel ahead of time, thus ended up in a hostel.
This was our first hostel experience and needless to say we would not stay at a hostel again.
We checked in at around 12pm and our room was freezing cold, front desk said they turn off the heat for cleaning. But I suspect they were just trying to cut cost.
The heat was turned on at night, but when we woke up the next day at around 10am, the heat was off again.
Everything about this hostel is old, even the tv is a tiny tube tv.
The hostel was far from downtown, it is a good 30 minutes walk to all the attractions. Room has no wifi, and you need to go to the wifi zone on the first floor for internet.
Rooms weren't sound proof, we could hear cars on the street and people in the next room.

HORROR.
No sé por dónde empezar, si por el aire que respiraba o por el suelo que pisaba. Por mucho que lo intentara no podría descubrir el hostal tan tan malísimo.
La habitación olía fatal, a cerrado, tabaco y a viejo. Daba a un patio con “vistas a la montaña” de mugre, plásticos y suciedad, gracias q había unas cortinas amarillentas que cubría la ventana. El armario (escondido) que parecía un machón, no cabía ni una chancla. El suelo de antes de la guerra con piquetes y sucio. Con una mesita enana a “estrenar” (foto). Y que decir de los enchufes… con dos teníamos de sobra para la habitación y el baño, por eso no funcionaba el enchufe del cabecero, acompañado por un cable pelado que salía de mitad del cabecero. Una humedad ya seca muy bien disimulada con pintura. Con toda la tecnología disponible, aire acondicionado y tele pero sin mandos, por supuesto. La ventana del baño tapiada con un espejo inservible (mucho mejor para lo q había que ver fuera) y sin escobilla ni toallero, bueno lo que quedaba de él. La ducha, con los típicos vellos púbicos, como debe ser y con el surco negro de viejo y sucio (LUJO) .
Envidio a la gente que no conoce este hostal.
