Madrid's nightlife center

Positive aspects:
Central location just 100 meters from Plaza del Sol, practically in the heart of the nightlife; the cleanliness and size of the room; the courtesy of the staff and 24-hour service (2 complimentary bottles per day)
Negative aspects:
During the night, even though there are soundproof windows, the nightlife can disrupt a tourist's sleep. As mentioned, you are in the center. Caution for those with limited leg mobility, as the stairs to reach the rooms are numerous and a bit narrow.

A simple and functional family vacation.

Central location, staff availability, cleanliness of the rooms, and a serene and youthful environment, just steps away from Plaza del Sol.

Good location

The small triple room. The mobile internet doesn't go far and neither does the wifi. We just happened to get a leaky shower, but well, they were gonna fix it. Being alone one night, it hasn't hurt us

So Close, but Too Close!

We stayed in Madrid for 3 days and could easily walk to many locations, which was great. We were in a family room with 4 twins which were close together and the mattresses were extremely hard. The clear glass block into the bathroom was awkward and the bath had no place to put clothing. It wasn't comfortable for a family including a grandma, uncle, and teen girl and boy cousins, but is more suited for a single family or all young people.

Great location and friendly staff

We stayed here in two, last July. I loved the location, really perfect: very central and convenient to move on foot between the main points of the city. It is also a stone's throw from Sol metro station, in the lively Puerta del Sol.
In the parallel street there are plenty of great options for breakfast, lunch and dinner, so it is impossible to find yourself without viable alternatives.
The room was very small, it is true, but still equipped with all the necessary amenities and, due to the strong heat that there was in those days, during the hours of cleaning was stocked our fridge with so much cold water, super appreciated. I just point out a little more attention in cleaning the bathroom and shower doors, because during the shower a little water tended to leak out. Plus the pillowcases were open on the sides, so part of the pillow came out overnight and it wasn't great. Nothing serious, but it is a detail that would further enhance the stay.
Overall, if the goal is to have a comfortable foothold to sleep and cool off, it is an excellent solution.
Sincere thanks to all the staff for their kindness and impeccable service: it is always an added value that makes the difference.
