Lovely spacious room,nice bathroom,comfy bed,all spotlessly clean,good location.
Badly let down by an inadequate entry system and inability to contact anyone for help, also the room (501) was only a few feet from a lift where people slammed doors and entered loudly all night long, was still awake at 5am as soundproofing is non existent.Every conversation spoken was heard. Left next day exhausted.
Took an hour to gain entry to our room,a six digit code was sent via WhatsApp to enter on a keypad to get in room, this did not work,I had another guest confirm it was the code that was the problem,by this time another two guests had arrived who had nothing sent to them for entry.Tried WhatsApp no reply also calling multiple times which was a recorded message and this was unanswered, by this time I was extremely frustrated and anxious, tired, thirsty and hungry as travelling all day.I then contacted Hotels.com who eventually got them to reset code,I was then worried that code would fail again when we went out for food as i had no confidence in their system. On talking to other guests it seems this is common as they also had issues ,when we went for food there was multiple guests outside our door at the table looking for help. I would not stay here again nor would I reccomend as service is so poor.
There was piece of paper on the table when we arrived ,on paper it mentioned Akiles app which i had on my phone but nothing was mentioned about this in WhatsApp so was useless

Overall it is good for a short stay, easy to metro, etc. some things that didn’t make any sense…no stir straws for coffee but they provided sugar and creamer, got to be creative for stirring your coffee. Was wondering why a table with only one chair for two people in the room?

Great location! Difficult time getting into property, as well as difficult time with using the key code in general to my room/building.

Was confusing at first because I expected to walk into a hotel from the beginning. But it is located inside an apartment building on 5th floor. It was very modern newly upgraded. Quiet . New AC. Great for solo traveling. Perfect location. Middle of everything or metro and buses right next to hotel: The only issue was there was no coffee maker:
