Excellent experience.

Great value for money.
Superb location!! for those who want to experience everything Valencia has to offer.
Close to the center, near the Oceanographic, and not too far from the sea!
Excellent information for check-in and check-out, also offering to hold luggage after check-out.
Clean.
Highly recommended!!

Great visit

Very central hostel, simple but clean and safe. The calling hotline was not very responsive but when they were at the site, the personnel were really helpful!

Since we arrived we had trouble with the online check in and we were not the only ones, during all the days we were

We left very unhappy, from the check in online, etc, etc, always people with problems to enter, the cleaning was not very good, they did not make your room every day or change your towels. One day we found a cockroach in the room. The common area where there is a fridge to share regrettable, old things abandoned in it, etc. All in all a place not to return when for 25 euros more you have excellent hotels a few blocks.

LOUSY EXPERIENCE AND ATTENTION. LACK OF SERVICE.

The experience at this Inn was regrettable and painful. We absolutely do not recommend your stay. There are no staff to run the Inn. They did not respond to our calls and we did not have timely attention, at any time even if I say 24hs attention. The autocheck-in machine was not working yet restarting it (photo attached). The lack of information given to the guest is serious (such as how the schedule works, how to check out, how to communicate if there are any inconveniences, etc.). We twice requested the claim/complaint sheet and WE WERE DENIED it the last time. The treatment as passengers has been undignified.
-They do not have a reception 24hs.
They don't have passenger assistance.
-Do not attend the passenger at check in (we waited two hours to enter at 10pm on a Saturday without response).
- The Inn fails to provide the invoice for payment in a timely and proper manner.
In the ENTIRE stay, we have not received any formal response or apology regarding the bad time experienced.
As if that were not enough, at check out, a lady who did not want to identify herself, aggrieved us with humiliating, aggrieving, insulting sayings and a veiled xenophobic comment ('that's why in your countries they are as they are'). We didn't have a check out or use the lockers to leave our bags, we were denied. We were expelled from the hotel with ill-treatment trying to exercise irregularly the right of admission when the contractual breach was of the establishment.
We attach photos and so that no other guest goes through such an experience. Signs that DO NOT REFLECT REALITY will also be displayed.
I don't recommend it. There is a wide variety of hostels in Valencia to select from.

Good quality at the right price

We book a 4 beds room with private bathroom, it was clean and no moquette or carpet on the floor, very spacious and the price was low compared to the other accommodations (houses or hotels). Gulliver Park at 2 minutes walking, bus to the city center just in front oh the main entrance. The self check-in was quite easy to do.
