Situated on the western crescent of the man-made island, Palm Jumeirah, Raffles The Palm boasts a 500-metre private white sand beach, an outdoor swimming pool offering views of the city, and 4 culinary experiences.

Best holiday
My stay was perfect, everyone took excellent care of us. The restaurants were superb, and I received a very warm welcome at Matagi from Rehan! Thank you for everything, I can't wait to come back.

Utter Raffles Luxury
An absolute wonderful 9 Night vacation in what can only be described as utter luxury.
We booked a Club Room which enabled entry to the Club Lounge on the 6th Floor which offers wonderful complimentary food and drink between 5:00pm and 7:00pm every night. The Lounge has 2 wonderful balconies offering views across the Sea and Palm Jumeirah.
The entire Team are absolute fantastic across the entire Hotel and the Housekeeping service / turn down are exemplary.
Albeit due to the current conflict some of the Club Services were not available which is happening in many other hotels dis not detract from our experience at all.
The Food is outstanding and offers many many hot and cold fresh options.
We will be returning in 2027!!

Beautiful resort
Lovely resort. I just found it isolated from the city however everything else has been wonderful,staff are amazing especially Jane and Doma from housekeeping looked after us.We had a wonderful time,very relaxing holiday!

Raffles the Palm
This is with out doubt a stunning hotel. We stayed for 10 nights on a club room dine around. Due to the situation we accept that it’s tough but our first two nights even the buffet was closed so not much to choose from. It was a shame as the staff were great but run ragged as they were trying their absolute best to help all guests.The buffet did open but other than that no other real options what we had was very nice but not a dine around experience.
The beach and pool were great but again we felt for the staff as they really were chasing around trying to manage guest expectations, such a shame as I am sure in normal times things would be different. Well we would thank the staff especially in the club room they were amazing
Under the pressure they were working,Peter and colleague’s for their help outside getting taxis etc
And our room staff for all their help.
Overall not the best experience we have had in Dubai.
The beach and pool were great but again we felt for the staff as they really were chasing around trying to manage guest expectations, such a shame as I am sure in normal times things would be different. Well we would thank the staff especially in the club room they were amazing

There is no bar in the hotel unless you want to be in a Russian controlled karaoke bar....this place really lets the hotel down. There's nowhere else to have a drink in the evening.
