Nice front desk staff, clean room & bathroom, blood stain on bedsheet that’s not good, free simple breakfast. I’d stay there again if ever going to Iowa again.

Health & Safety Hazard: AVOID

A complete health & safety hazard.
1. Mold in the room.
2. Hadn't been properly cleaned when the room was turned over. There were finger smears, of I can only assume was feces, all over the top of the toilet, sides of the beds, and sections of wall.
3. Bedding was dirty with food.
4. Shower head had mildew mold all over it.
The carpets are disgusting. My kiddo spilled her water and drying it off turned the white towel black.
I wish we stayed somewhere else and spent the extra money. Especially with young kids & dogs.
I can’t stress enough how much of a health hazard this place was.

Staff was very helpful. Room was clean. Breakfast was good and had a lot of options. The outside seating with the lights was very nice to be able to enjoy the weather, while our kids swam!

The room was in disrepair and garbage was left behind the nightstand. The outdoor lights were bright all night and the window coverings didn’t darken the room well.

The room was clean. The management was very supportive. Breakfast was off the charts! Definitely staying here next time in Des Moines.
