They say it’s the little things in life, well from the beginning it was off to a poor start.
In our room, the closet doors were
broken, there we no tissues and the coffee machine was also broken. Our room was not cleaned after the first day, and when we went to the front desk twice, to get clean towels we were told that he would have them sent up. We never received our clean towels.

On the morning we were getting ready to leave, we had a staff member open the door without knocking and walked in stating he was just checking. I was getting dressed and my wife was just getting out of the shower. We advised the front desk when we checked out and they stated that that particular staff member is a little different and that they would talk to him.

Room was nice but the bathroom was tiny, literally one person capacity unless someone was in the shower. One of two elevators was out of commission our first two days but was fixed by our departure day.

When I first checked in they claimed they couldn't find my reservation from Hotels.com and the lady told me she need to charge my card for a small amount. That charge ended up being much more than I was told and then she said she would have to have her supervisor fix it in the system. I got checked in, then I was curious so I checked my account and see that they had charged me another nights rate for my one night stay. I paid one price through hotels.com and was charged another higher amount from the actual hotel itself. Upon checking out, the front desk staff assured me that she would fix all of the extra charges from them only after I had to email them my receipt from hotels.com The whole situation was a disaster all because of the front desk staff not having a clue. The restaurant staff was awesome and very accommodating.
