It seems this hotel may have changed hands the old staff seem to be the nice ones while there’s some not so happy front end staff that just screens run away, but besides one employee the staff was 101 percent and the hotel has age old charter it’s beautiful but it’s sort of mid under construction feeling, maybe funding ran out for remodels not sure but me and my wife will certainly give them another try because it was amazing and the location is spot on dime. Priced right likely due to the remodel reasons and elevator issues are major plan on wait extended times for the elevator during the rush hours A- 1 with love ❤️

Hotel G have us a comfortable room for a reasonable price and excellent value. Parking in the garage shared with the Westin was also a great deal.
We would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel G. The property is old San Francisco and the house rolls with it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. We were upgraded to a more spacious room and had a bottle of local Merlot waiting for us. The unfinished concrete floors were odd but worked. The furnishings were spartan but again kind of just worked. The bed was comfy enough. The bathroom was quaint…rather small with a tiny little sink.
But once more echoed the vibe. The in-room Nespresso coffee machine was a real treat. Nice!
The staff we encountered were wonderful. Polite and helpful.
We would stay at Hotel G on a subsequent visit for sure.

Love Hotel G

This is a great hotel located close to major San Francisco attractions. The staff is very friendly and helpful with information about the city and hotel services. Irene, Tyler and Nhoro went above and beyond to provide supplies, breakfast vouchers, luggage storage and a smooth check in and check out. The hotel is well maintained, safe for travelers, has a 24 hour gym and a hotel lounge. There is an Italian restaurant on the ground floor. The rooms have refrigerators and an in room espresso machine. Our family with grown sons went for leisure and it was a great vacation. I highly recommend this hotel and have stayed here twice. It is a reasonable price and still extremely nice.
