The room was very clean, the staff in reception was very polite and very helpful.
The staff in restaurant was very polite also.
The breakfast was incredible good.

Attentive staff and good value for money

We had a very pleasant stay at this lovely, cozy hotel in Belgrade. The location is excellent and makes it easy to explore the city.
The breakfast offered a great variety and everything was very enjoyable. The staff were extremely kind and welcoming throughout our stay. I would especially like to mention Aleksandra from the restaurant — she was incredibly warm, polite, and attentive. Her kindness and positive energy truly made our stay even more enjoyable.
Thank you for the wonderful hospitality. We would be happy to return again.

I am leaving a bad comment because the air conditioning is totally unexisting. I guess it’s controlled by reception and heat mode. Windows cannot be opened. It’s just not acceptable.
Positive note : Restaurant and hotel service very good.
