A relaxing one-night stay

It's quite a good place for one night stay.The apartment is large, three rooms and a kitchen. There's a big terrace and a large bathroom. /Keep in mind that there's cutlery and plates, but there's no stove./That was not a big problem because we bought some food from local restaurants,/they all offer "take away" packets/ and had dinner in the garden, under a tree. Everything was clean and comfortable. There's a beach at about two km in Kepez direction. It's small but niceq with clear water and soft sand. Kipa market is close to the apartment and you can buy products or even already-cooked food there.

Great value for money

Best family bussiness!
I have already stayed here twice.
Easy to find.
Very good bads, parking, kitchen.
Close to ferry. Close to Mall of Canakkale. And Universite.
Also a Camii is there.
I'll recomand.
We definetly come back.
Ersan is the best.

Comfortable but poor location

Although we were told on phone that the place is air conditioned, the rooms did not have air conditioning and as it's the upper storey of a double storey house, it got very warm and a bit stuffy. The same owner runs another place right across and that is air conditioned but costlier.
Ernur pension is housed in quite a dilapidated house but it's done up well inside. The rooms are quite good and the bathrooms are comfortable and well equipped.
The down side is that it is very far from the city center. In fact it's out of the city on the main Canakkale-Izmir road, though if you have a car, it's still bearable. It's a residential area where a house has been converted into a pension.
The Wi-Fi is good. You can make your own tea or coffee in the kitchen where kettle and essential crockery is provided.
We found the rates cheaper than most places, so not much to complain about.

Temiz , sakin ve sıcacık bir aile ortamı

Konumu çok güzel ,sakin ve huzurlu bir muhitte ayrıca oldukça da güvenli.Kendi evimiz gibi sıcak, ferah ve tertemizdi.Aile olarak kalınabilecek en uygun fiyatlı ve en temiz yerlerde birisi.Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim

Kaldığımıza pişman olduk

Kış ayında kombi bozuk. 5 dakika çalisiyo arizaya geçiyo. Büyük ihtimalle doğalgaz faturasindan kurtulmak için kombiyi yaptirmiyolar. Bildiğin çoluk çocuk donduk sabaha kadar.. onun haricinde çarşaflar falan temizdi
