Excellent hotel listed as 3 star but with better location it would be 5 star. Staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful

The hotel should be 5 star if it was on the beach. But the location which is still central and you can get to all the main places.
The staff are friendly and helpful and the hotel ,rooms and pool / bar area are kept spotless.

Ok hotel but with shortcomings

There are several things wrong with this hotel. Let me start with the positive.
Cleaning is super good.
Then there's everything else. The service in the pool bar is almost non-existent. It closes at the latest at 19. But several days earlier. You can't get anything to eat after that time. I have heard there is an app but don't know about it.
Many good restaurants close to the hotel you have to walk 5-10 min.
Several seem like they're here because they should be.
Breakfast is a chapter by itself. There is a lot and the selection is large. Pommes frites, soups, fried vegetables, wheat, bread, apples yes there is a lot to choose from.
Would not choose this hotel again.

Great hotel!

Stayed 20 days in November. I'm going back here in the spring. I chose a hotel with breakfast only, to love dining in different restaurants. Excellent hotel, cleanliness absolute, daily cleaning, benevolent staff led by Ridwan, wonderful helpful maids Irina and Christina. Breakfast for 5! - varied, delicious! Too bad the Russians aren't expected: the reception doesn't speak Russian, there's no Russian channel on TV, there's not even a Russian insert in the information folder in the room. But still, the hotel is great, I recommend! Larissa

Clean hotel

It was an ideal place in November, as it was affordable, clean, and good breakfast. It''s close to many historic and cultural locations and within walking distance to diverse cultural restaurants.

The staff is very pleasant and helpful. Helped me on the trips I wanted to take they are very good👍The room is very clean the breakfast was exceptional! You walk everywhere it is very easy. I highly recommend a stay here for relaxation and enjoyable stay!
