Lovely staff, rooms are above expectations

Second time staying here. Clearly there is a strong focus on hiring excellent staff, as Hanin checked me in with genuine, unfakeable, friendly professionalism. Kanan in the bar was also excellent. Honestly, if your front of house is this good, you’re pretty much guaranteed a good stay. Room very spacious and clean, this is a great spot

Disappointing Hilton

The rooms are grand bed is hard but room is spacious. Breakfast very diappointing didnt bother the 2nd morning. No granola and tea was grey butter lurpak very little in the way of fresh fruit berries are the norm in most hotels.
Croissants were lovely but bacon hard and uninviting. Not what I expect from Hilton

Go to Hilton Garden Inn instead!

Awful. Go to the Hilton Garden Inn instead. Hampton is the ugly sister. The breakfast is so awful I avoid it even though I can eat it for free. I rather pay ti eat elsewhere it’s that bad. Reception staff are pleasant mind. Gym is not good. In fairness all hotels in Birmingham are completely budget quality (not the price, just the quality). How can the second largest city not have decent hotels?!

Simple Hotel with Good Location

Booked 2 Family Rooms which came with Breakfast, the hotel is nice and clean, very good location with lots of shops nearby and Hotel has its own parking but with a charge.
Only issue is the reception is on the 3rd floor and you could be waiting a long time for the lifts.
The breakfast is nice but there was a big queue for the breakfast so best to go early.
The staff are really nice and polite
Overall it is a good hotel for the price that includes breakfast.

Great location near Brindley Place, Five Ways station and the city all easily accessible on foot. A good car park as well attached to the hotel.
