Great place, perfect location and Ellie at reception is a huge asset to the hotel. Super friendly and helpful :)

The floor was sticky, causing shoes to stick and squeak with each step. The air conditioning did not function properly. The mattress was very firm, with little to no give. No keycard was provided for the room; staff had to unlock the door manually each time entry or exit was needed. Checked out after one night due to these issues.

Paid £387 for a superior room, bedroom curtains were broken, there was a hole in the the kitchen floor area and the room absolutely stank of heavy smoking. I complained and they were able to move us to a very small room that thankfully did not smell as terrible as the first one. I have messaged the property and received no response at all. The window of the room was open when we arrived so they were obviously hoping it would air out but it was unbreathable in there.

Just perfect!

This place is an amazing find! I loved everything about it! It is so close to Wembley Stadium, and it was wonderful to leave the Bruno Mars concert, and being able to get back in 5 mins! The flat is absolutely gorgeous, cute and compact, but with everything you need and more, It was spotlessly clean, the bed was so comfortable and the air conditioning..... I wanted to move in permanently! It was very hot in London and to come back to a perfectly air conditioned flat was just bliss!
This is where I will always stay when coming to London, especially for a Wembley concert! I highly recommend this place!

We were in town for a concert at Wembley, and it was beyond convenient. Quick and easy to get back to our room, and the area was very calm and quiet even with hoards of concert-goers nearby.
