Quite nice for the price. Would stay again.
This is an unstaffed hotel concept. Customer support via Whatsapp was very responsive and friendly, and you can always ask the AI for a human (if it didn't already refer the case to a human). This property actually has staff on site all the time, but they're not a traditional front desk and might be off doing something else.
My 4th floor room was nice. It was called a Compact Double and it was a bit tight. About 0.75 m of space on 3 sides of the bed. The little console under the TV was taken up by the kettle, lamp and coffee maker, so there's no where to work. Wish they would supply a lapdesk to make working on the bed easier. The storage shelf/open wardrobe is good enough for 1 carry on bag. The bathroom was compact but well designed and functional, albeit short on space to hang towels. The room would probably feel tight if staying more than a few nights.
The bed was comfortable with a new mattress and great bedding. The room and bath were flawlessly clean, but the room does show wear and tear. Housekeeping is only weekly, but they did bring me a refill of coffee pods on request. Really liked having a coffee maker+sugar, though no milk/creamer/powered milk was available. Also weird that they had a kettle but no tea.
The thermostat did not work in my room did not work, the vents always put out heat no matter how low you set the temperature. I ended up turning it off completely and opening the window so it wasn't a bother (I let the staff know when I checked out, but not during my stay).
Noise is a problem for this property. It is literally right next to the Circle Line tracks and you can hear and see the trains rumble by. If you like trains, ask for a room facing the back to see the trains go by.
They're still transitioning from a previous brand with lots of covered up logos, signs with things that don't apply, old wifi branding, things labeled not in use, mix of different soap brands, missing tote bag (the app made a big deal about their great tote bag, I'll have to stay again to experience this tote bag). Not sure if the lobby cafe is a thing for their new branding, never saw it open during my stay.
They really need to fix the elevators. Only 1 of 2 worked and that led to long waits. The elevator also stopped regardless of whether the up or down button was pressed, which made it even slower than it already is.

Amazing staff! Really made my trip/experience very pleasant. The room was really nice and instant camera added a nice touch. The only critique was about the upstairs noise, and recommend requesting a top floor early on would be ideal.

Great location for the price & the air conditioning. Rooms are small & sound proofing isn’t great but neither were a problem for me.

Had a great stay, room matched our expectations and had a great location. Starting to get some wear and tear but overall very good.
