I recently stayed at this Nox Hotel, and i can honestlybsay it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had!
From arrival to departure, the service and accommodations fell well below basic hospitality standards.
Upon arrival, we were met with a very hostile reception. There was no greeting or basic politeness, just an abrupt request for ID. This unwelcoming attitude set a negative tone even before we set foot into the room. Not only that, the staff and website fails to provide basic directions or information regarding the layout of the property. Navigating the property with luggage was a right nightmare, the corridors are dangerously narrow, and there is no lift, forcing guests to haul heavy bags up tight flights of stairs (as evidenced by the heavy scuff marks lining the walls).
The room itself was severely claustrophobic and poorly maintained:
Space & Layout: The room was so cramped that two people could not move around simultaneously without one person standing in a corner. The television hung so close to the bed that it posed an immediate risk of being knocked off the wall when walking past.
Maintenance Issues: Floor tiles near the bathroom were smashed, and the sink plug was completely non-functional.
False Advertising: Air conditioning was advertised, but it was out of order. Instead, a small portable fan was provided. However, due to a severe lack of electrical outlets (only two in the entire room, already occupied by essential appliances), using the fan meant unplugging other basic amenities.
Major Security Risk: Upon waking, we discovered that a large window hidden behind the blinds had been left wide open. Given its access to the roof structure, this presented a critical security risk.
Andbfinally to top off this disasterous location to stay, the receptionist displayed an even more alarming level of hostility toward my band members who stopped by briefly to change before our first ever gig as a band.
Despite explicit clarification that they were not staying overnight, the staff member at reception firstly rudley said she would not let them up to change at all until they explained multiple times they were just changing and finally allowing them to come up but only with aggressively threatened to come up and forcefully remove them within 15 minutes.
The utter lack of customer care, substandard room conditions, safety oversights, and unprofessional staff behavior are completely unacceptable.
I STRONGLY advise any guests looking at this place to look elsewhere. I will certainly not be returning!

Never again.
I was really shocked with how tiny the room was. The staff member that checked us in wasn’t very welcoming and in the morning I was shocked and horrified to see that the window was wide open (pull up window) with the blind closed over it so I didn’t notice. I didn’t feel safe after that. I most definitely will not be booking again. It was extremely claustrophobic and the tv for the room is close to the size of the bed. The design flaws are blatant and very unusual for a place where you’re to book and have a good night. Not impressed at all.

Not true to the website description
Three flights of steep stairs and no lift. Have to take proof of ID which is bizzare when a British citizen. The ID was glanced over and that was it.
Hotel room clean but air condition was actually just a thermostat. Says room service but they don’t serve food or drinks so no idea what that would be. Would not stay at this hotel again , but the bed was comfortable and as I said before clean

Worst experience in ages
The reception was anything but friendly, with gruff receptionists who seemed to have little desire to help. The room was small and stuffy: the window could not open, the air conditioning did not work and the heating was on by default. Result: a scorching hot, uncomfortable night. The only plus is the location, but that absolutely does not outweigh the rest. Instead, pay a little more for a hotel where you can stay comfortably.
