There were a lot of stairs, if you are young this is not a deterrent. The d typer portion of the washer/dryer combo was confusing, we asked for help with this and the response was very quick, however after using the dryer the clothes were still not dry, not sure we were using it correctly.
The location was close to the tube which gets you anywhere you need to go.
Very clean, modern, looks very new. It had everything we needed.

Decent apartment in a house in a quiet (for London) street. Nice bathroom, ok kitchen, bedroom is on the street side.

This is a hidden gem! A beautiful, new apartment in a safe, quiet neighbourhood. We were glad for the washing machine, kitchen and having a separate bedroom for when the kid goes to sleep! Great shower, Easy walk to Shepherds Bush station. The check-in procedure is fine as long as you can call a UK number, and we appreciated the 11am check out time. Definitely recommend for families with kids. Ceilings are a bit thin so we could hear walking above us.

Apartment was clean tidy & spacious. And staff were very helpful. One downside it was extremely hot inside even with the fans provided

It was nice and easy to get in and out, small but comfy for a week. The apartment was nice and clean, there was new dishes for us to use. We helped ourselves to the dish washer and the washing machine. Easy to use and really helpful. The owners responded in a short amount of time every time we had a question or in the need of help. Although some of the sockets in the living room didn’t work. Thin walls but the neighbors didn’t cause any ruckus. The apartment is nice and close to the shopping mall and it was perfect for us.
Really nice staying here might be back!
