Amazing location, good food, tiny room

We liked this place. The room was clean, the beds was really comfortable, linen clean, breakfast was really good, but on weekend there was no enough place to eat for all guests in the hotel. Our room was so tiny, its really too small for 5 people, it would be good for 4 maybe, the was no place to put our stuff, so I wouldn't recommend this place for travelers with large luggage (we hand only hand luggage and still, there was no place totally.
Staff was friendly, room service not so good, but they fixed everything we needed.
Overall - good place if you are planning to spend day in city, not in the hotel.

Just close your eyes

Quite expensive for this type of B&B, small room but great view. Beds were terrible, old mattresses and no breakfast (breakfast £5) However, staff is warm and friendly, helpful and has lots of tips where to visit and how to travel. Sheets were clean as were towels, bathroom across the hall. Strang bathroom I must say, the shower took 10 min to get warm, waste of water.

Not a hotel

Stayed for one night, knew it would be cheap and cheerful....unfortunately it was just cheap.
The room with en-suite was just bizarre shower in one corner, sink in the other toilet the other.
Never stayed anywhere like it....and won’t again

Friendly staff, good location, horrible room

Very basic hotel. Staff was friendly but facilities were so bad. We were in basement room across from breakfast room. In our room we could hear everyone else in the hotel when they went to the bathroom- at all hours. No air con. So we couldn’t block out the bathroom noises. Breakfast time was very limited and they rarely had space for us to eat and would not allow us to take food to the room, so we missed the free breakfast every day- sometimes I could grab some cheese packets and take them outside to eat them. Sheets and pillows were clean but very worn. Towels very worn. Upon arriving in London and seeing the room, i did a hotel search only to find I was paying a lot more for the hotel than if I had done a last minute booking. I was paying three times more. So much for planning ahead.

Shabby, not chic

I chose this hotel for the location and that did not disappoint. However the room was tiny, very narrow single beds, and the smallest TV I have ever seen. The bathroom was a cabinet and needed an update. The sink was cracked. The included breakfast was cheap prepackaged items. I would never stay at this hotel again. It was expensive for the quality.
