Friends birthday
We popped into the cocktail bar, a lovely place, staff are helpful, recommend cocktails, which where great, we had wander around a very grand hotel.

Birthday celebration 1 night stay
From the staff who welcomed us, to hospitality staff at breakfast and concierge, everyone was so lovely! The staff are so helpful and friendly. We went for my friend’s birthday and they went above and beyond to help us celebrate. Our queen deluxe room was beautiful, spacious and clean, again with multiple personalised touches for the birthday celebration. Breakfast was delicious with a great range of quality food, let alone the beautiful surroundings to eat it in. We waited no longer than 10 minutes to be seated with a warm welcome, and that was at the busiest point of the morning.
We will absolutely be returning to The Waldorf and we both cannot say enough good things about this hotel. Overall, if you’re considering this hotel - go!

I had the most amazing customer service experience on the 27th of August ! Dan was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to help me on a very stressful morning! I wish to say a massive thank you, for his professionalism and kindness! For a world with more ‘Dans’ in it!

A Royal Tradition
Another trip to London, and I once again stayed at the Waldorf Hilton.This is a SUPER hotel. Great location in the theatre district, close to so many things. Beautiful rooms, housekeeping when you want it. Everything is clean, feels very safe, alleviates any concerns.The hotel does not just meet expectations, it far exceeds them. Which is why I already booked a return in about 6 weeks.
Excellant staff. The best is Robert. Greeted me, and gave me the perfect room. He understands what I need more than I do. And I honestly believe that he cares; my happiness was his number one priority. In guest relations - Adiana, Andy, Ioana, and Okwala made me feel welcome. In the executive lounge, Ashrita is amazing. She actually looked after me. Vladimir and Marina in the restaurant provide superb service, and always remember you. Even the concierge, Sunny, greeted me every day by name. Made me feel very special. Even the room service gent was extremely helpful. Don't think I have ever stayed where the staff realizes that they are there to provide good service, and strive to do it.

First class and first choice!
Just returned from the Waldorf Hilton London. Amazing! Perfect location for theatre going! Was made to feel like royalty by all staff from the second our taxi pulled up. Very elegant hotel. Stunning decor. Rooms very comfortable and quiet. Spotlessly clean and well equipped as you’d expect from a Hilton hotel. Great value considering the quality and location, and how the friendly staff made you feel. Breakfast was very good fresh produce, served in an amazing restaurant. Would love to come back again!
