A bijou in Neum - Small and fine for guests with taste appreciate the quality
An insider tip where I'm not sure if I should share it! It is the best small hotel on site for me. Just quiet many plants that thrive beautifully and a balcony with sea views - and a great restaurant - a la carte with delicious fresh fish and finest dishes.
They literally fall from the room into the restaurant and into the sea. And can relax in one place. That's all there really is to see in Neum.
It should be emphasized in Neum everything is built into a hill. You can't help climbing stairs.
This small hotel with its own restaurant and private beach access is a bijou. It is family-run and at least once a day you are asked if you are satisfied. For me it is in Neum for people who do not want to stay in a large hotel the best place on the place.
Simple and well maintained. And they have everything they need. There are loungers reserved in your room at the beach access, which is worth gold. No stress they go to the beach when they want and their lounger is there. Shadow is provided. The staff will also bring you a soft pillow. The sea is clean and meets the wonderful Jadran standard. Breakfast is absolutely sufficient there is of everything! A place to keep coming back.

Great vacation
We arrived in Villa Barbara on 15.06. and only a few units were occupied. We took an apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms, great for the family. The owners offered us a baby cot, every day they wondered if we needed anything else. They are extremely kind and resourceful. Towels are changed every day, as well as bed linen, garbage is removed every day, air conditioning is used free of charge... The hotel beach is only a few steps away. Above the beach is a garden cafe, so shade is provided throughout the day. All recommendations for a peaceful holiday in June.

Unfair treatment
I have made a reservation for a three day stay in this property, from 24th to 26th of July. The reservation was made on 10th of July (11 days ago) and the property owner (Bojan) has contacted me on 21st of July (via SMS and Booking message) stating that the property is now overbooked and saying that I should cancel my reservation. This is very unprofessional and also against the Booking rules to ask me to cancel a reservation made this long ago. Now all appropriate properties in Neum are booked and we do not have any options to book an appropriate stay.

Simply the best!
Quiet location, friendly staff, private beach, cleanliness, sea view, exceeded all expectations. The apartment is perfect. The owner is very helpful.
We'll be back next year.

Great choice in Neum
We just stayed at Villa Barbara for two nights and were extremely satisfied.
The location is great, the entire place incl. the apartment is very cozy and clean.
Quiet private beach, beach chairs available for rent.
Gorgeous view from balcony.
Convenient parking in front and free Wifi are big plus.
Very reasonable pricing.
Everyone is so friendly and helpful . The owner is an amazing host.
I will definitely stay here again and highly recommend Villa Barbara as the number one choice in Neum.
