Refusal to refund an overpayment

We had booked via booking and even though we had chosen the payment option on the app before the stay, the hotel claimed that it had not been paid. Arriving very late, we did not insist and therefore had to pay for our two nights, which was 145€, at check-in. After checking our account, we had indeed been charged and made a claim the next morning. Since September 2025, the hotel management has been giving us the runaround, claiming that it is up to booking to refund us even though they are the ones who made the mistake and refuse to pay us what we are owed. The hotel is far from exceptional and on top of that they are dishonest!!

Nightmare

Avoid!!!! Bed bugs causing a huge swelling on my hand and a room infested with ants, the last straw!!!

Establishment to absolutely avoid !!!!!

A TRUE NIGHTMARE! FLEE WHILE THERE IS STILL TIME!!!
We chose this hotel solely for its proximity to a wedding venue... What a monumental mistake! I deeply regret this choice and solemnly warn you: flee! The room is from another era, the hygiene is more than questionable, the shower is infested with mold, and to top it all off, NO HOT WATER! Our stay was an absolute disaster from start to finish. Booking here is literally throwing your money in the trash. The value for money is a complete scam; the prices are outrageously inflated for such a dump upon arrival. ABSOLUTELY AVOID!

ONE NIGHT WITH A FENETRE DOOR NOT CLOSING, A SHOWER WITHOUT HOT AND DEFECTIVE WATER, THE NEXT MORNING I GO TO COMPLAIN TO MY ORGAN AT THE RECEPTION WHO SENDS ME PELLET! A STAFF AS DOUBTFUL AS THE HOTEL!!! IF I COULD FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM, I WOULD! RUN AWAY! IT'S RESIDENT EDVIL OVER THERE! WORST HOTEL NIGHT FOR ME! result I boycott myriad

Industrial estate truckers sleep over

We went here as was fairly close to a wedding in Chantilly. Firstly, the location is not great...its on an industrial estate. The rooms are small and tired and unloved. Some of the features are from the 70's, like the hair dryer. The room always smelt like a plastics factory. So...redeeming feature...its cheap...but thats pretty much it.
