Clean, simple rooms and great service

The staff at INARI were incredibly kind when my family and I arrived in Guatemala City after major travel delays with no place to stay.
They arranged our airport transportation and offered us a simple but immaculately clean room—you could smell the fresh cleaning products. The breakfast was delicious, too.
The rooms are modest (similar to a railroad apartment) and there’s no AC, but fans were provided and it wasn’t needed during our stay. I’d read some less favorable reviews, but our experience was nothing like that. If we return to Guatemala City, we’d absolutely stay here again.

I had booked this hotel as it offered a transfer from the airport and I was landing late at night. I had confirmed pick up but upon arrival and waiting 45 minutes no one came. I called and they said I hadn’t booked even though I had confirmation. I had to get a uber late in the evening as a female travelling solo, I was wanting to avoid this. The street is very dark in the evening and hard to find the entrance. The room is small with no windows and the bathroom window opens into reception which isn’t very pleasant. Staff were nice and helped when I arrived but limited English and I have limited Spanish so communication was tricky.

gated community, quite dark outside though. room had a fan available as it does get really hot in the rooms. overall clean and friendly staff

Excellent location. Shuttle was at the airport when we walked out which was great because we arrived 10 at night. Room was small but exactly what we needed for the night before we headed to our next destination. Ac, tv, shower! Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely stay here again!

Good location and well kept hotel.
Ground floor rooms next to kitchen and reception quite noisy. 1st floor rooms should be ok
