I had booked the stay for my sister-in-law and her husband as a gift. The stay got off to a bit of a bumpy start with an issue. However, the true test of a hotel is not just everything being perfect, but how they handle it when something goes wrong. The staff here blew us away with their response. They took ownership after understanding the situation, handled it with incredible professionalism, and resolved the issue to our satisfaction. A huge thank you to the team for going above and beyond to make things right. It is rare to see this level of genuine care and dedication to guest satisfaction. Recommend highly.

Two reasons to visit Amritsar, Golden Temple and Four points Sheraton!
I recently stayed with my family and extended family at Four Points Sheraton. While we went there to visit the Golden Temple, honestly we spent so much time at the hotel that it seemed we went there for a staycation.
Right from pre-arrival experience, to check-in, to in-room dining, housekeeping, breakfast- everything was spot on.
The hotel is new, but it felt like they were all well trained, with very minor shortcomings which can actually be ignored. Our breakfast experience was the highlight of the stay. Despite a busy morning - they ensured all my family members - from my niece who is 4 years to my father in law, who is 81 years old - everyone’s needs were Met.
Everyone across all dept.s had a pleasant smile on their face. No matter what time of the day we met them, they greeted us with a “SatSriAkaal” .
They have a nice bar and one more outlet on first floor which we couldn’t visit, but it was beautiful.
They have a great location, nice pool and pretty lobby. We all had a wonderful time and we look forward to going back there again in near future.
