Excellent food, friendly staff, Great ambience, Bar dine up very well, live music on weekends , much more than expected
Excellent food, clean rooms and friendly staff Give you the feeling of a family run business. The bar in the basement is very well done up with live music over the weekend. The food quality is great- the stuffed tangri kababs etc. For a small hotel the quality is very good.

Excellent stay
Great place. A Value for money hotel. Very clean , comfortable and homely ! Finely selected interiors with wooden study table and luggage area. The restaurant ambience was lovely and food was amazing as well.

Family
The hotel was awful. It needs a full refurbishment and not maintained at all.
There is a awful damp and mould smell in the rooms and hotel. Repairs were reported on arrival but nothing was done.
Our toilet seat was broken, the bathroom light not working. It was so dark. Shower was broken in 2 of our rooms.
Room was cleaned and towels were taken but not replaced. When we called room service no one picked up.
Breakfast was ok but the service was awful. One person serving going back and fourth. Had to wait an hour for food. Really bad service
Had to keep asking for water bottles weren’t given to us daily
The photos on trip advisor are not how hotel looks. They are old pics. The hotel is run down.
It only has 12 rooms and they can’t be looked after.
Positive points- location is amazing. Beds were comfortable
Selection of channels was good
We booked directly with hotel and got cheaper deal.
I would not return to this hotel again.

Great experience
The hotel is centrally located. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was clean n the rooms are spacious. The washroom was clean. Quick check in n check out. Even though I checked in during odd hours. Overall good experience. Good job team.

Happy stay
Stay was very pleasant and comfortable. The staff were very courteous and the room are very specious. The place was good value for money the location is center in Chandigarh city staff behavior is very nice and helpful
