Terrible hotel ! Prepaid reservation not recognised on arrival and a rude manager to deal with the situation. Breakfast offering very poor and cold food served. Would not recommend a stay here at all, avoid at all costs.

Very bad

Room are very bad. Bad services.if we ask for anything it will get 2marrow. A/c are in bad condition. No cleaning. General manager of this hotel is very irresponsible person. He don't know how to behave with the guest. That's why the services are like this. Am also stayed in your Chennai property also. Comparing of that it is very very very bad. If we ask for glass for drinking alcohol they will get steel Glass. Very very very bad service. I will not refer to any one to stay over

A day In Trichy

Rooms Bedsheet not clean
Bathroom was leaking
Walkway to room was smelly
Need to provide better lighting and renovation bathroom and rooms
Central location to Trichy Town
Easy to get Auto due to main road location
