Perfect place to stay in Thurles

Very well run B+B. The hosts went out of their way to accommodate my stay. Lovely cosy and clean room and a great breakfast. Brilliant location too.

Outstanding

We had a 2 night stay here, on arrival we were offered a cup ot tea, which was a lovely touch, Gary then introduced himself to us, and said when your ready I'll show you too your room.
We were taken to our room, which was lovely, Gary was such a gentleman, nothing was too much trouble, he wanted you to enjoy your stay,
Breakfast was outstanding, staff friendly, and attentive, Gary always had time to stop for a chat,and asked if everything was OK, or if you needed something, we will be returning to Thurles in the near future, and we will definitely be staying here.

Irish hospitality at its very best

Stayed for just one night on a short trip to Ireland looking up family origins. On arrival we were offered a cup of tea, which was served with a couple of beautiful scones with a huge portion of jam and cream. Absolutely delicious. Our room was a good size, a comfortable bed, and everything we needed for a nights stay, there were even a few packs if crisps and chocolate biscuits, just in case the scones had nit been enough. It is situated just by the main square where we parked for the night, and got up to feed the meter in the morning. Breakfast. There was a tiered cake stand with a wonderful selection of toast, soda bread and yes, another couple of scones. The hot breakfast was delicious with good ingredients, including black and white pudding, excellent sausage and bacon. And of course lashings of tea and coffee. We had a very pleasant chat with the owner, who was surprised when we got up to leave as she had 2 huge pieces of coffee cake for us. She boxed it for us to eat later, and it was absolutely delicious. If we come back this way we will have no hesitation in staying here again. Fab.

Host was brilliant!

Really enjoyable stay. The host was very nice and welcoming. He prepared a very nice breakfast meal for us as we could not stay for long in the morning. The rooms were really clean and nice. Would highly recommend a stay over at Ryan’s Daughter B&B.

Warm hospitality, cosy room and beautiful food

I had a very pleasant experience in Ryan’s Daughter B and B . Gary was so welcoming towards me when I arrived . The room was lovely and cozy and an additional heater was turned on for me. It was perfectly located in the town centre and ideal for my trip . Breakfast was beautifully set up with both a continental and hot breakfast provided . Will definitely return here again when in town.
