Great vacation for all exams.

Excellent hospitality experience!!!
Enjoy every moment at the hotel.
Of the clean rooms the great food and most importantly the friendly service of the staff
Great view to the sea and close to walking.

Not recommended at all!

Just staying at the hotel. A really disappointing experience. Service under any criticism, hostile attitude mainly in the dining room starting from the food room manager and employees.
The check does not have a two-hour wait on the receipt.
Not recommended at all!!!!

definitely recommended

I was in this hotel with my parents in the 80's and came back last week with my husband and it was a great surprise to see how the workers there are so nice and smiling and helpful with anything, from the house keeping, to the waiters and bar etc.
Smiling and nice even though not everybody is always nice to them so big up to the Neptune team
The rooms are nice and clean, we got a beautiful view on the red sea and they even treat us with a bottle of arak and snacks for our honey moon
Location is perfect, on the beach and the swimming pool is nice and quiet when they are not ugly people to come with their loud music and cigarettes (even though it is forbidden)
definitely recommended!

Disappointment is not recommended at all!

​We arrived at the Hotel Neptune Eilat with certain expectations, but very soon we realized that it was a grave mistake. The price required for staying here is simply perverted, completely detached from reality and what is actually received. The rooms are old, neglected, suffer from very poor maintenance and the general attitude of the reception staff was disrespectful and disgusting.
​If you are considering coming, you should know what is happening in the two main areas:
​The service in the dining room under any control – the workers are impatient and the atmosphere is unpleasant. Beyond the bad service, the food itself is far from being delicious. The dishes are of very low level, not irritating, not appetizing, and simply do not justify a hotel of that level.The pool area and music: The pool area feels like absolute vacation. There is a severe problem of smoking cigarettes at every corner without any enforcement by the hotel. In addition, the experience of the pool music is far from being customized or pleasant – it does not contribute to an atmosphere of relaxed vacation, and coupled with the smoke and the general mess, it is simply impossible to enjoy there and relax properly.
​Bottom line: Zero for your money. Don't get close!
