The property is tidy and compact. The room was very clean. Unfortunately the couch is very uncomfortable because it has several broken springs. There’s a tall ladder for bed on tamati mats. The mats themselves were quite thin but I doubled it and it was more comfortable.
Overall there was no problems with the property and I would be happy to stay again if I was in the area.

Around 10 minutes by walk from Hakata Subway station. Quiet environment and good for family vacation.

Everything fine. However Sound insulation very bad, sound from next room & upper floor. Even though just a talk can hear very clearly. Very troubled 😩

It was in a great location and the place was fully stocked with everything you would need. It’s within walking distance to Hakata and it’s also close to the check-in service centre. The only downside is the noise. Pray that you don’t get horrible neighbours like mine (or at least get a unit on the second floor). My neighbours decided to have drinking parties every night at 3am and thump up and down the stairs every 30 minutes to smoke outside despite the written rule of keeping noise down past 8pm.
The phone provided by the hotel has an online chat service that I regretfully did not make use of until the last night of my stay. I (politely) complained about my neighbours and the staff were very accommodating. They let my neighbours know and the noise levels went down.
