The worst business hotel in history‼︎ Impossible

Worst Response Business Hotel in History‼︎
I couldn't get into the room because of a mistake at the front desk.
Pregnant woman at a loss for 45 minutes in extreme heat and bad wickedness
On the second day of consecutive nights, I went out at lunch and went back to my room, and I couldn't get in.
Check at the front desk
"I can't go in the room because I haven't been paid for today."
I thought that couldn't be true.
Ask the front desk to contact you to confirm the payment
"Then we had a customer mad at the payment! I'll tell them that!" He says something he doesn't understand...

The hotel is a bit far from Tokyo. It takes a long time by car, and of course it costs a lot of money. However, the hotel is close to the station and there is a 24-hour convenience store nearby, which is quite convenient. In addition, the size of the room is relatively small, and the two people seem crowded. TV can be watched for free, but not too many channels.

WARNING!!!!!

This hotel did not assist me when i had a problem requiring police!! They pretended not to understand. After i managed to get the police to the hotel about having my passport and bags stolen from me by Taishi Kamizato from Rattlesnake JP. The hotel not only did nothing but kicked me out on the street. And said they were all of a sudden fully booked out and i could no longer stay there. Knowing i had just had my travel documents and bags stolen from my by the Japanese business client.
I would not recommend this hotel to any foriegner!!!
They also tried to give me an extra charge for calling the police eventually from the lobby.
All of the staff here were not helpful. 13/1/16-17/1/16
Management should question the reception staff about this.

お風呂は擦るとザラザラが取れるのでもう少し掃除していただけると。
