A Spectacular Stay with World-Class Service
Conrad Osaka is undoubtedly the best hotel in Osaka and easily a top-tier Conrad property in Asia. The lobby views are stunning , but what truly sets this hotel apart is its exceptional service.
Special thanks to Grace and Joseph for their incredibly warm welcome during check-in, and to the team for preparing a lovely birthday setup in our room. The Executive Lounge and breakfast were both fantastic. A huge shoutout to Ms. Winna at breakfast, who went above and beyond to help me pack some pastries for my friend who couldn't make it down.
This was a truly unforgettable experience, and we will definitely return on our next trip to Osaka!

Must stay in Osaka
I had a very pleasant stay at Conrad Osaka.
From the moment I arrived, the hotel felt well-prepared and genuinely welcoming. The check-in experience was smooth, attentive, and warm. The team listened carefully and responded well to the details I had requested, which made me feel truly welcomed.
The room was beautifully prepared. The pillows were ready, the welcome amenities were thoughtful, and the overall atmosphere felt calm, polished, and comfortable.
Dinner was a lovely surprise. The buffet line was not huge, but every dish tasted carefully made. It was simple, refined, and delicious. Sometimes quality really matters more than quantity, and this dinner proved that beautifully.
The pool and jacuzzi were excellent. It was exactly what I needed after a long day of travel, walking, hiking, and swimming. The facilities felt relaxing, well-maintained, and genuinely enjoyable.
What impressed me the most was the room layout. The 50 sqm room was extremely well-designed and functional. Everything felt spacious, practical, and comfortable. In my opinion, this is the kind of room planning that many hotels should learn from. It is not just about size, but about how intelligently the space is used.
The only downside was the bathrobe / in-room clothing size. It was much too small for me. As a guest who weighs around 140 kg, I would really appreciate it if the hotel could prepare larger sizes or provide more inclusive sizing options upon request. A luxury hotel should make every guest feel comfortable, welcomed, and considered.
Overall, Conrad Osaka delivered a very strong stay. Excellent service, thoughtful preparation, delicious food, beautiful facilities, and one of the best room layouts I have experienced. I left feeling comfortable, cared for, and very happy with my choice!

Incredible Views, Great Location, Wonderful Staff
Fantastic stay at Conrad Osaka.
The location was extremely convenient, whether walking around the city or using the trains to explore Osaka.
One of the highlights was the breathtaking skyline view the moment you enter the hotel lobby, truly one of the most impressive arrivals I’ve experienced at a hotel.
The breakfast was excellent, especially the okonomiyaki, which was a fun and delicious local touch.
Valentino, the Service Quality Manager, was especially warm and welcoming throughout our stay.
The executive lounge had a very nice selection of food and drinks, although it could feel a little crowded at times.
Also, the bar menu may genuinely be the prettiest menu I’ve ever seen.
Would absolutely stay here again on a future visit to Osaka.

Conrad Osaka is still top
Not the first time Conrad Osaka visited.
But this March we were surprised again about the level of this house.
From check-in to room occupancy, from breakfast to the condition of Conrad's, everything is still as perfect as we've known Conrad since our first visit.
We were greeted personally by the Director of Operations, Mr D'Amore, when we checked in.
Also guest relations manager, Ms Ella Chen was present and gave us a warm welcome, as did the reception staff. Almost like a return home!!
Conrad. The rooms are a luxury size for Japan, modernly decorated with a touch of Japanese. Sensational views and the decor of the hotel is of 5☆ quality.
Breakfast is always a highlight.
Ms. Ella organized our stay perfectly. Thank you.
The lounge also offers a high-level experience: Food and drinks rich and versatile. Very generous.
As. Executive Lounge Manager, Mr Kitagawa leads his team exquisitely and still has time to look after his guests, with newly created cocktails as a surprise every time he visits. Had a wonderful time in the lounge. Thanks to him, too.
The staff at Conrad is very friendly and very concerned about his guests.
For us it was a wonderful stay. We will always be happy to come back again can certainly only recommend Conrad.

A Wonderful One-Night Stay
We only stayed for one night, but we genuinely enjoyed our experience and would happily stay again.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the lobby was extremely impressive. The staff were exceptionally attentive and polite, making us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Breakfast was also outstanding, especially for a hotel at this level. There was an excellent selection, and everything was beautifully presented and delicious.
Although our stay was brief, the hotel made a very positive impression. We would gladly return.
