Our stay at Vihanga Village Resort, Dambulla, was undoubtedly one of the highlights of our recent trip to Sri Lanka. As a couple seeking a peaceful and authentic experience, we could not have chosen a better place.
The resort is beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with nature. Surrounded by lush greenery, tropical trees, and abundant birdlife, it offers a tranquil environment that allows guests to truly disconnect from the busy world and reconnect with nature. Every corner of the property reflects the beauty and serenity of Sri Lanka's countryside.
What makes this resort truly exceptional, however, is the warm hospitality extended by Mr. Rohan and his family. From the moment we arrived, we were treated not as guests, but as part of their family. Their genuine care, attention to detail, and commitment to ensuring a memorable stay made all the difference. They were always available with local insights, recommendations, and heartfelt conversations that enriched our experience. Well recommended and not to miss is the sumptuous, homely & healthy breakfast and dinner prepared by Mrs. Rohan.
The accommodation was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully maintained, while the peaceful surroundings created the perfect atmosphere for relaxation. Waking up to the sounds of nature and enjoying the calm village setting each day was simply unforgettable.
Vihanga Village Resort is much more than just a place to stay—it is an experience filled with warmth, authenticity, and natural beauty. The memories we created here will stay with us forever, and we left with a deep appreciation for the kindness and hospitality of Mr. Rohan and his family.
We wholeheartedly recommend this hidden gem to anyone visiting Dambulla, especially couples looking for a unique and memorable Sri Lankan experience. We hope to return one day and relive the wonderful memories we made here.

Superb.

Its a nice, quiet & wonderful place anyone can stay peacefully. Everything perfect & superb clean. I loved this place more & more. Hope to visit again. Highly recommended.

Welcome to calm and peaceful environment

A spectacular experience we had at Vihanga Village. We stayed for two nights. The ambiance was extraordinary. The rooms, dining area so nicely decorated. Food was the best I had in the Dumbulla, Srilanka. The service was outstanding thanks to Vihanga and Jana. If I ever visit Dumbulla again, it will be my first choice. Thanks a million to give me a lifetime experience.

Clean,nice location

Great location.All the staff were incredibly helpful and generous.Had a great time.Everything was so much perfect.Calm and mind relaxing environment.Food was very delicious even we had a choice.So much comfortable and we had pleasent experience. The plus point is few kilometers away from the town and smooth accessible.

Best place to stay in Dambulla

Place was very quite and close to the nature.room also nice and comfortable, the staff was friendly.Specially the food was super, even no words to discribe. If someone looking to stay in close to the nature ,This is the right place.Highly recommend
