Best Birthday experience!

I was met with the most beautiful smile from staff Aiman who guided me to front desk where I met Adam who was super helpful. As it was my birthday, not only I received room upgrade, staff brought me a yummy slice of birthday cake to my room & I had a welcom drink at The Bar which really rounded up my special day! Special mention to staff Faizan, Zulff and a nepalese room service staff! Hotel ambience is chic and cozy, room is nice & comfy, toietries, towels & bedding are of top grade! I didnt feel like I was in Johor Bahru! Will surely visit again. Cant wait to taste the breakfast tomorrow morning! What a memorable birthday I had in four points by Sheraton in johor bahru! Will be back. Happy to be BonVoy member, marriott rocks!

Nice hotel, highly recommended

Approximately 30 minutes from Woodlands check point. Convenient location. Newly renovated, relaxed ambience. Rooms are clean. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Faizan served us with nice welcome drinks, he went beyond in making us feel comfortable.

Great service & facilities

All the staff were exceptionally helpful.
Food was good. Gym facilities were actually well stocked. Faizan delivered great service and lovely coffee.

Cleanliness is great as it is still new. But i was quite surprised to see how the entire building looks like when we arrived. The carpark like normal housing carpark, the swimming pool is shared to public. We booked two rooms, one room power trip for twice, one room sewage blocked.. bed is comfortable, aircon is cool! But the overall experience doesn’t feel like you are staying in a hotel, more like dormitory outside the room.
