First-class hotel and restaurant!

A truly excellent hotel with great amenities; I had room 5, which is very quiet and has everything one needs. Always clean and well-maintained, the entire staff is super friendly, and the owner couple is always nice and accommodating.
Large parking lot behind the building, lovely terrace in front of the building. Breakfast buffet is plentiful; nothing is missing. The food in the restaurant is really good and reasonably priced. Always worth a trip!

Great hotel, very friendly, nice, neat and large room.
Deserves 5 stars.
2 minuses.
- Bread rolls baked at breakfast. There is a bakery 100 metres away with freshly baked rolls. Why don't they get it there?
- Too many dishes fried, including the pork and veal schnitzel.
Furthermore, highly recommended!

Excellent hotel in the Vulkan Eifel

Very good, cozy hotel with excellent cuisine, friendly people and very neat rooms. Highly recommended for visitors to the Volcano Eifel.
In short: excellent and pure enjoyment of the total offer. Have fun and thank you again for all the good care. See you next time ❤️

Friendly family, nice cozy hotel.

Because we go to the high moors twice a year to see the cranes and wanted to stay somewhere different, we ended up here. We first went one afternoon and then inquired with Mrs. Hell. We therefore also booked here. We were kindly received by Mr. Hell. The room was nicely renovated, very cozy and large, but it is a pity that the floor has carpet covering (from a hygienic point of view) probably to dampen the sound. The shower is small for my husband, but we are happy with that. The dinner was certainly not greasy because I have a stomach problem and otherwise you should mention this, they certainly take the customer into account. The breakfast with a choice of egg preparation (bacon...) was fine. Cozy bar/restaurant, maybe more chicken on the menu and fewer schnitzels. The staff is friendly and correct. We will definitely go back to Hotel Zwicker.

Highly recommended

You feel very welcome, very cozy ,great food, attentive staff, all good. Highly recommended. We are regular guests or order takeaway, have never been disappointed.
Quality is always consistently high and value for money fits..
