Great villas - great location

Great location, spacious villas and plenty of room between them - quite different feeling from most other dutch resorts. No fireworks, no loud party folks, pet friendly. An absolute recommendation.

Luxury tranquility by the sea

A beautiful resort surrounded by nature! Villa 13 is a dream: secluded, with private beach and beautiful decor. The perfect place to unwind and enjoy sun, Lake Grevelingen and silence. Several terraces, you are always sitting somewhere in the sun. You walk right into the water.

Actually great!

We stayed for 5 nights in this otherwise beautiful and quiet resort. The houses are very nicely furnished, and the location right by the water is truly beautiful. So far, everything is top-notch.
Now for the criticism: That the restaurant may remain closed due to too few guests, and we thus could not even have a drink or meal on-site, is bearable. We had a nice kitchen. However, the lack of cleanliness (stains on the bed, yellowed and unclean toilet seats) in such a resort is inexcusable and cannot be justified in any way! Sorry, but that is completely unacceptable

Here is what is promised ..... and that is ONE. Great.

Again we were very satisfied and felt very comfortable. Everything is just right for us. The house offers plenty of space and is functional, well and tastefully decorated and clean and friendly. We are convinced by the location in the nature reserve, the proximity to the sea and the construction method adapted to nature. The service staff is very friendly, professional and available at any time.
The price is high, no question, yet.....quality comes at a price.
If you are travelling with small children, it would be useful to black out the upper windows in the bedrooms. Otherwise, even the smallest ones are well taken care of. Baby cot, high chair, mattress, every wish will be fulfilled. By the way, our dog always feels very comfortable there.
We travel with the whole family and always book 2 houses. This also makes it convenient and individual for all of us.

Perfect for relaxing and recovering

I had come by spontaneously and was looking for something where I could recover. The house had direct views of the water and was perfect for relaxing. I was able to have breakfast in the morning on the terrace and relax.
